Expectional handling, sharp blade and good price
To start off I want to thank Musashi for excellent shipping service and great product. Knife came in excellent condition, finished edge was put by me but edge that came from factory was great; it just needed some uraoshi touch up. Been using it for sushi and sashimi prep and it's great. Really hard steel and edge retention is awesome, the price its good for the quality of knife you are getting. Hard to beat when comparing against other name brands out there. If thinking to buy one don't hesitate, it's a gorgeous, nimble, light and thin blade. Will recomend it and buy from company again. Trust worthy and can tell they care and stand behind their product.

The process of heating and forging each material for mold making is repeated three or four times to quickly shape the blade and create durability before the carbon is released from the steel causing it to lose its original strength.
The blade is the most important factor in achieving the best possible sharpness. It is polished in our own blade factory to produce uncompromising sharpness.
