Excellent experience ... This was my first Japanese knife. It makes my job and my personal cooking knife so much more efficient, easier and enjoyable. Kind of wish I went for a bigger sized knife, but the compatibility means I can take it in and out of work in a small pack and the wooden Saya makes transporting it a lot easier and safer.
