I have enjoyed the knife so far. It’s light weight, well balanced, and holds its edge well. It requires immediate wash and dry to avoid rusting. The handle does not do well with exposed moisture but its an expected result as it is not varnished or lacquered. Overall I really like the knife. The design is perfect for precise cutting and food prep. I don’t recommend it for fine chopping as it lacks the weight of a chef style knife for the task. It’s exactly what I expected, Musashi didn’t disappoint!
