Parcel arrived quickly and well packaged. The knife is very balanced and the handle is perfect. It was sharp and ready to go, however i felt an 8000 whetstone was worth a few passes to just tidy up the edge. This knife should serve me well, it really feels great. I can highly recommend it.
The knife is outstanding balance is amazing and my cuts are clean. I get better cuts with this knife then I do others aogami steel is beautiful. The knife does need to me maintained to prevent stains so don't let anyone else touch it! Highly recommended!
