During my trip to Japan, one of the purchases I wanted to make was a Nakiri knife. After a lot of research beforehand on what steel to get and different knife manufacturers, I went into Musashi and fell in love with their Nakiri knife. I really liked the weight of the knife and the fact that it was blue carbon steel. Bringing it home, I have never had a knife cut through tough veggies so easily. I cannot recommend this knife enough!
