I work as a Sous Chef in USA and i really enjoy this Silver 3 knife. Really good weight and strong blade. Would recommend to anyone in a professional or home environment.

After going all out on my chef knives and petty's I figured I'd not need to go nuts just to chop veggies. How mistaken I have been to think this was just a quiver filler.
I love these knives for every day use as a serious chef much more practical than other exotic steels which may be hard to sharpen or to keep sharpened these are knives for serious cooks (less knife collectors) who want the sharpness and ease of sharpening of of carbon steel and the practicality of stainless steel in the professional kitchen my go to knives along side my AS steel knives
