Great knife for those with larger than usual hands with both a longer handle and taller blade then the typical Nakiri, it’s a pleasure to use.

They are works of art with exquisite workmanship and literally effortless sharpening to a fine edge. This magnificent Nakiri is now our favourite fortis incredible balance and weight that allows thé took to do all of the work. It’s the first time I’ve owned a vegetable knife as such and I’m blown away. Why did I wait so long. Beautiful to look at and effortless to use and maintain.
