All of our Marine Plastic Handles are made from recycled ocean plastics reclaimed from the beaches of Tsushima. Our company wants to make an effort to help clean up the wasted ocean plastics and beaches and to do our best to leave a cleaner world for the next generation. Our process of making these handles is still underdevelopment, as such they sometimes are shipped with minor imperfections.If there is a problem with the knife, we will exchange it for a new one if you pay the shipping cost. And we will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sales of these knives to the Tsushima project.

On the second floor, lanterns hang from the window and the unique exterior catches the eye. Inside the store, tapestries of samurais and kappa decorate the walls, inspiring various stories. One of the quotes from Miyamoto Musashi, who inspired the name MUSASHI, is "Do not deviate from the way of the sword, which lies in your heart." Our Craftsmen
Musashi-Chokin
The traditional style of Japanese carving has a long history of simplicity and inspiration. Although this technique (Chokin) is gradually disappearing into history, we hope to do our best to let more people feel its beauty.This is a limited edition of our kitchen knives in collaboration with the carver Asamura Takao, whose over 50 years of carving skills make each piece look so spiritual. Each design has been polished for months, even a year or more.
We exhibit the traditional Japanese engraved knife series at our store. These knives are carefully crafted by skilled craftsmen, and in addition to their beauty, they have excellent sharpness. The engraving on the knives uses 24-karat gold, with intricate patterns that are beautifully carved and enchant any viewer. By actually viewing this engraved series at our store, you can feel the craftsmen's meticulous skills.
YOSHINOBU YAMAWAKI
Japanese knives are made through many processes and therefore require skilled craftsmen. If one process goes wrong, it affects the overall quality, which is why the craftsmen pay attention to every detail. For example, when sharpening the blade, the craftsmen sharpen it at a subtle angle to bring out the maximum sharpness. On the second floor, there is a Japanese sake bar with beautiful traditional lanterns illuminating the space, offering a new way to enjoy Japanese sake. Here, you can experience a new type of sake-tasting, where the flavors of sake are expressed through different emotions such as joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure. After strolling around Asakusa or shopping, please stop by and enjoy this unique experience.
In addition, duty-free procedures are available on the second floor, where you can complete the procedures over a drink after buying a knife. Our staff will also be happy to assist you with your sake consumption.
