Molybdenum is a competitively Stainless Steel that is very popular with knife producers. They are reasonably priced, easy to sharpen and have excellent corrosion-resistance. Molybdenum also incorporates Vanadium, which further improves the strength, toughness, and edge retention of the steel.

Migaki (Polished) line of knives feature beautiful edge geometry and are quite thin behind the edge and at the spine. They have an excellent cutting feel and are light and feel very nimble and comfortable in the hand.

Great Kitchen Addition. Highly Recommended.

Another top-quality Musashi product. Well-balanced, obviously top-end metal blade as it is incredibly sharp and holds its edge even after months of use. Functional, and aesthetically pleasing as well. Recommended without hesitation.

Awesome Knife, Cool Store, & Friendly Staff

I bought my knife in store in Tokyo. The staff explained the different knives and use cases for them. They answered my questions and treated me with respect even though I prolly asked some silly questions. They also had some items i did not see online like fancy nail clippers.

I use my chopper daily now and am getting a lot better with my knife skills owning a good knife. I would definitely recommend Musashi and if you can go in store definitely go check it out.
