Saya covers prevent damages on knives during transport. We strongly recommend our customers who often carry knives to purchase Saya covers.
Magnolia wood is a commonly used for Saya cover, because Magnolia wood material is able to withstand water for a long time. The breathable Magnolia wood material protects knife blades from corrosion. The Magnolia wood material has also been used in Samurai sword sheaths, so this age-old wisdom dates back to olden times.
The Saya cover comes with a Saya pin which is very useful to keep the knife in the Saya cover.

The sheath is designed for knives we carry. This sheath might not fit knives other than ones listed above. We make sure knife and sheath matches when they are purchased together before shipping.
*If you purchased only sheath, we can’t guarantee that all sheath goes with other knives, and we will not accept an exchange or return.

Product Features

Handmade Forging

With the traditional forging process, the molecules of the iron material are finely tuned, leading to the completion of a "living kitchen knife" that breathes.

Durability

The process of heating and forging each material for mold making is repeated three or four times to quickly shape the blade and create durability before the carbon is released from the steel causing it to lose its original strength.

Sharpness

The blade is the most important factor in achieving the best possible sharpness. It is polished in our own blade factory to produce uncompromising sharpness.

Handle

The highest priority is placed on sturdiness, a sense of luxury, and a shape that is easy to grip and does not cause fatigue even after long hours of use.
