Awesome knife the sharpest knife i ever use
Just received this knife in the mail today. Gave it a pretty good kitchen test and it held up just fine. The only issue I have is with the fit and finish. The grinding on the spine is a little wonky. Thought at first the knife was bent. Easily fixed however. Also have a little issue with the choyal. It's not ground evenly on both sides. Looks like maybe it slipped on the grinder and ate into the choyal edge just a bit. Again not a big deal. It's easily fixed. For the price this knife is a heck of a deal. Will be ordering the Nakiri version of this knife in the future.
