Free shipping conditions:

Japan: Free shipping on orders over ¥20,000

International: Free shipping on orders over ¥30,000 (Except for remote areas)

DHL (Overseas designated area): ¥3,000

EMS (Overseas designated area): ¥2,800-¥3,800

DHL (Overseas designated area - Remote areas): ¥4,500-¥4,900

Shipping charges for remote locations such as Australia, New Zealand, and Canada will change.

Undeliverable Items Policy

In the event that a delivery fails, we will make every effort to contact the customer to determine an alternative delivery method. If we are unable to successfully deliver the item and do not receive a response from the customer within 30 days of the initial delivery attempt, the item will be considered undeliverable and will be disposed of in accordance with our disposal policy.
