Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from Japan. Shipping fees, delivery time, and customs may vary depending on your country.

Due to the nature of handcrafted items, we do not accept returns based on customer preference. Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Wipe dry after use. Avoid acidic ingredients. Hand wash only with neutral detergent. Do not use dishwashers. For carbon steel, apply oil to prevent rust.
