About the handle, the beautiful Buffalo Tsuba (bolster) equipped to the Wenge Wood handle represent high-quality and excellent durability, that means made for professional originally. The handle shape of Japanese-Style Octagonal figure fits better comfortably to your hand.

Bunka Silver Steel #3 Damascus Buffalo Wenge Handle 170mm

Jose Luis Pitarch Navarro
A true precision instrument

I did buy these two knives because my passion is cooking and I always wanted to have authentic Japanese knives. The truth is that the Bunka is an extraordinary instrument that is very easy to use and incredibly precise. I am really enjoying using it. The Santoku is a much more normal knife, although it is also very precise and light to use, although this model is very common in kitchens.
I hope that they will accompany me for many years to enjoy the passion of cooking.
