Blue Steel #1 is similar to Blue Steel No.2, but the additional Carbon and Tungsten / Wolfram result in even better edge retention and toughness. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, we do not accept returns based on customer preference. Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Wipe dry after use. Avoid acidic ingredients. Hand wash only with neutral detergent. Do not use dishwashers. For carbon steel, apply oil to prevent rust.
