Staff at the store helped us a lot in answering our inquiries. The sharpening stone was a great purchase. My hubby loves it. The store even gave us a freebie!

Carbon steel offers exceptional sharpness and edge retention, but requires careful maintenance to avoid rust. Stainless steel is easier to care for and resists corrosion, making it ideal for everyday use.
