Superb. Top Quality. Highly recommended.

A highly functional and very well designed product. Not only is it well balanced in the hand, and very sharp, but it is aesthetically very pleasing and satisfying to use.

Carbon steel offers exceptional sharpness and edge retention, but requires careful maintenance to avoid rust. Stainless steel is easier to care for and resists corrosion, making it ideal for everyday use.
