Worth the wait

Having liked the Nakiri and Petty so much in the same steel, I decided to get the Santoku as well. It was out of stock when I first looked so I asked for a notice when the knife came in. When it did, I ordered it right away. It did not disappoint. Arrives wicked sharp and keeps its edge. Beautiful to look at and to work with.

Beautiful Knife, Amazing Service

Quality of the knife is outstanding, with the most beautiful blade and blue wood handle. I got a carbon steel blade with a layer of stainless over top everywhere except the cutting edge, giving the sharpness of a carbon blade with the durability of SS. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and treated to a cup of tea after our purchase. I had already purchased several knives but the great interaction with the staff and beauty of the knife convinced me to buy another.
