■Returns/Exchanges

If you wish to return/exchange, please read the following notes and contact us.

-Should a problem arise please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item. Please provide proof of the difference or defective by clear photos.

-In case the item is clearly different from the details of the item page, we accept return of it.

-Customer is responsible for covering shipment fee for the return. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

-The refund rate may depend on the item's condition especially if it looks opened, used or lack of original packing & parts.

-We do not support customer's return for personal reasons
(No refund is applied to the items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to seller's error)

◎ Cancellation is accepted before shipping.

If you have to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. *However, we cannot accept cancellation of name-added products and made-to-order products due to the nature of the products.

In case of cancellation after shipping the product, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee (actual cost). In the case of credit card payment, we will refund the order by canceling the payment.)
